The apex hotel has 20 superior rooms with a.c. minibar, cable tv., is within walking distance of all the major sites in sultanahmet. the staff is among the friendliest. everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff made sure we were made to feel welcome. the terrace (where breakfast is served daily) has a great view of the sea of marmara and the blue mosque. it is also open till midnight so guest can just relax there after a long day of sightseeing. all the rooms are clean and quiet. suites are big and beautifully decorated. all rooms whether suites or smaller single rooms are inpeccably clean and well maintained. you can feel turkish hospitality and conveniance to istanbul's major sites, the apex can't be beat.
